ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 Notice is hereby given that, in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, the Council intends to make Orders under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Church Rd. Lymm (Prohibition of Driving & Clearway) Temporary Order 2019
The effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of driving & clearway as follows: Church Rd - From its jet. with Brookfield Rd to its jet. with Rectory Ln; Church Rd - From a point approx. 80m east of its jet. with Brookfield Rd for a distance of approx. 150m in an easterly direction. The Order will be effective from 6th January 2020, with the prohibition of driving in place from 6th to 10th January 2020 between 7pm & 1 am & the clearway in place from 6th to 17th January 2020 for 24 hours, both from Monday to Friday & when signed on site. The alternative route will be via Higher Ln, High Legh Rd, West Ln, Cliffe Ln, Knutsford Rd, Stockport Rd, Camsley Ln, Booths Hill Rd, Church Rd & vice versa. The restrictions are required for carriageway surfacing associated with a new pedestrian crossing. Ref: High/2069

Garwood CI. Livingstone CI. Nansen CI & Ross CI. Whittle Hall (Prohibition of Driving & Clearway) Temporary Order 2019
The effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of driving & clearway as follows: Entire lengths of road: Garwood CI; Livingstone CI; Nansen CI; Ross CI. The Order will be effective from 6th January 2020 for 4 weeks between 8:30am & 5:30pm, when signed on site. The restrictions are required for carriageway patching & resurfacing. Ref: High/2058

Linglev Green Ave. Whittle Ave & Stanhoe Dr) (Prohibition of Driving & Footway Closure) Temporary Order 2019
The effect of which will be as follows: - Prohibition of Driving - 9:30am to 3:30pm: Lingley Green Ave - From its jet. with Kingsdale Rd to its jet. with Whittle Ave; Whittle Ave - From its jet. with Lingley Green Ave to its jet. with Buitonwood Rd; Whittle Ave - From the jet. with Boston Blvd to its jet. with Lingley Green Ave; Prohibition of Driving - 24 Hours: Stanhoe Dr - From its jet. with Lingley Green Ave for a distance of approx. 25m in a northerly direction; Prohibition of Driving & Footway Closure - 24 Hours: Lingley Green Ave (eastbound traffic only) - From the jet. with Kingsdale Rd to its jet. with Whittle Ave; Whittle Ave (southbound traffic only) - From its jet. with Burtonwood Rd to its jet. with Malvern CI; Whittle Ave (northbound traffic only) - From its jet. with Boston Blvd to its jet. with Lingley Green Ave.
The Order will be effective from 13th January 2020 for 6 months, when signed on site. The works are to be done in phases as follows: Phase 1 - Whittle Ave northbound; Phase 2 - Whittle Ave southbound; Phase 3 - Lingley Green Ave eastbound; Stanhoe Dr to be closed for the duration of the works. The alternative routes will be as follows: Lingley Green Ave - via Omega Blvd, Skyline Dr, M62 Jet. 8, Burtonwood Rd, Whittle Ave & vice versa or via Lingley Green Ave, Omega Blvd, Skyline Dr, M62 Jet. 8, Burtonwood Rd & Whittle Ave; Whittle Ave - via Burtonwood Rd, Westbrook Way, Cromwell Ave, Sankey Way, Liverpool Rd, Whittle Ave & vice versa or via Whittle Ave, Liverpool Rd, Lingley Green Ave & vice versa or via Burtonwood Rd, Westbrook Way, Cromwell Ave, Sankey Way, Liverpool Rd & Whittle Ave or via Whittle Ave, Liverpool Rd & Lingley Green Ave; Stanhoe Dr - via Lingley Green Ave, Sophia Dr, Stanhoe Dr & vice versa. The restrictions are required for carriageway widening & highway improvement works. Ref: High/2072

The Borough of Warrington (Off-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement) Consolidation (Amendment No. 4) Order 2019 Notice is hereby given that the Council made an Order under Sections 1,2,4,32,35 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & of all other enabling powers on 4th December 2019. The effect of the Order is The Borough of Warrington (Off-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement) Consolidation Order 2018, is hereby further varied or amended as detailed in Schedules 1,2 & 3 below. The Order will be effective from 5th December 2019. Deposited documents may be examined at the Legal Services Section, Quattro Building, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington during the usual office hours Monday to Friday. Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from 4th December 2019, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
