Location: Land to the north of Lichfield Avenue and east of Witherwin Avenue, Grappenhall Heys, Warrington, WA4 3LG Applicant: n/a, Homes England and Rowland Homes Ltd

The Council has the above proposal under consideration. The reason for this notice is that the proposal is a Major Planning Applications as defined by Article 2 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015.
