The Council has the above proposal under consideration. The reason for this notice is that the proposal is a Major Planning Applications as defined by Article 2 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015.
(Conservation Area) Application No: 2019/36303 Proposal: Full Planning -Proposed conversion and extension of existing mixed use (retail & office) building to form 4No. apartments to upper floors with retained retail unit at ground floor Location: 114, Bridge Street, Bewsey and Whitecross, Warrington, WA1 2RU Applicant: Perfect Apartments Ltd, C/0 Agent The Council has the above proposal under consideration. The reason for this notice is that the proposal may affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area within the meaning of Section 73 of the Town & Country Planning (Listed Buildings & Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
