THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON (BACK SOHO STREET) (ELECTRIC VEHICLE RECHARGING PARKING BAYS AMENDMENT) (EXPERIMENTAL)(NO,11 ) ORDER 2020

The Borough Council of Bolton has made an Order under Sections 1, 2, 9, 10, 32, 35 and 45 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will become operative from 18 December 2020, and will be in operation for an experimental period of 18 months will be as follows: Suspensions

M-S 8.30am 6.00pm Pay and Display Max 2 hours with no return with 2 hours

Back Soho Street, west side from a point 12 metres north of the extended northerly kerbline of Section Street to its junction with Markland Street.

Amendments

Pay and Display Mon - Sat 8.30am - 6.00pm Max Stay 2 hours No return 2 Hours

Back Soho Street, west side from a point 12 metres north of the extended northerly kerbline of Section Street for a distance of 7.5 metres in a northerly direction

Electric Vehicle Charging Only - Max Stay 2 hours no return 2 hours

Back Soho Street, west side from a point 19.5 meters north of the extended northerly kerbline of Section Street to its junction with Markland Street

It is the Council's intention that if within a period of 6 months from the coming into force of this Order, no objections have been received, then under Sections 84(1) to (4) and Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Council will make permanent the Order to continue the amendments in force indefinitely.
