Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Footpath No. 48 Warrington Town (Footpath Closure) Temporary Order 2021 Notice is hereby given that, in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, the Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of which will be to Introduce a footpafh closure on Footpath No. 48 Warrington Town from a point near the footbridge at NGR 36003 38783 to its jet. with Footpath No. 35 at NGR 36005 36768. The Order will be effective from 30th January 2021 for 6 months, when signed on site. The closure Is required to protect the public while works take place on or adjacent to the railway. Skyline Dr. Burtonwood (Prohibition of Driving) Temporary Order 2021 Notice is hereby given that the Council made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of driving on Skyline Dr from its jet. with Burtonwood Rd to Its jet. with Fairchlld Rd. The Order will be effective from 7pm on 15th January 2021 to 5am on 18tti January 2021, when signed on site. The alternative route will be via Burtonwood Rd, Whittle Ave, Lingley Green Ave, Omega Blvd & vice versa. The closure Is required to allow for carriageway resurfacing. Ref: High/2186
Lovely Ln & Adi St's (Prohibition of Driving & Clearway) Temporary Order 2020 Notice is hereby given that the Council made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on 12th March 2020. The effect of which was to introduce a prohibition of driving & clearway as follows: Lovely Ln from A57 Sankey Way to Bewsey Rd; From Lovely Ln for 50m along the following lengths of road: Green St; Selby St; Percy St; Delamere St; Collin St; St Barnabas PI; Goulden St; Lexden St; Monks St; Radnor St; Clap Gates Ln. The Order was to be effective from 30th March 2020 for 10 weeks, however due to COVID-19 the works did not commence & will now be effective from 8th February 2021 between 7pm to 1am, when signed on site. The phases, alternative routes & reason for the works remains the same as previously advertised. Ref: High/2098
