Daniel Martin Loynd has made an application to Bolton Council for a new premises licence for: The Para Café, Thynne Street, Bolton, BL3 6AY The Licensing activity intended to provide at the premises is: Live Music (indoors & outdoors): Fri &,Sat15:00-20:00 Sun 12:00-16:00 Recorded Music (indoors & outdoors): Sun-Thur 08:00-20:00 Fri & Sat 08:00 21:00 Late Night Refreshment (indoors) Fri-Sun 23:00-01:00 (December 1st- January 1st only) Sale by Retail of Alcohol (to be consumed on & off the premises) Mon-Thurs 10:00-21:30 Fri & Sat 10:00-22:30 Sun 12:00-21:30 Opening Hours: Mon-Thurs 07:00-22:00 Fri & Sat 07:00-23:00 Sun 12:00-22:00 Seasonal variations to 01:00 hours as per the application The application may be inspected at Bolton Council Licensing Team, Ground Floor, Town Hall, Bolton BL1 1RU between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. on Monday to Friday inclusive. Please note - during the current COV-19 arrangements access to the Town Hall has been restricted. If you wish to inspect this application please contact the Licensing Team at and details of the application will be share with you electronically. Any 'Interested Party' or 'Responsible Authority' may make representations to the Council regarding the application during the period of 28 consecutive days starting with the day after the application was lodged with the Council, that day being 28th January 2021. The last day for representations to be made will therefore be 25th February 2021. All representations must be made in writing. Please note during the current COV-19 arrangements all representation must be sent to the Licensing Team electronically, the email address is provided above. It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and on summary conviction is liable to a fine of £5,000.
