WARRINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 PALMYRA SQUARE SOUTH, WARRINGTON) (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2017 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of driving on Palmyra Square South from its junction with Winmarleigh Street for a distance of 80m in an easterly direction. The Order will be effective from Monday 19th June 2017 for 5 days when signed on site. Access will be under the relevant Contractor for the duration of the works. The alternative route is Palmyra Square South via Winmarleigh Street passageway and Springfield Street passageway. The closure is required to allow for plant machinery to be parked in highway to gain access to the building exterior.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 THE BOROUGH OF WARRINGTON (HORNBY LANE. WARRINGTON) (ONE-WAY) ORDER 2017 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1,2, and 4 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers. The effect of the Order will be to prohibit all motor vehicles from proceeding along the length of road specified in Column 1 of the Schedule in any direction other than that as specified in Column 2 of the said Schedule. Details of the proposals are in the draft Order which, together with a plan showing the restricted area and a Statement of the Council's Reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be examined at the Legal Services Section, Quattro Building, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington during the usual office hours Monday to Friday. All representations both in support or objecting to the proposals must be in writing either by post to Cheryl Nicholson of the Legal Services Section or delivered by hand to the address above by 22nd June 2017 and all objections must specify the grounds on which they are made. Please note that all representations received may be considered in public by the Council and that the substance of any representation together with the name and address of the person making it could become available for public inspection.

WARRINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 THE BOROUGH OF WARRINGTON (GOLBORNE ROAD) (REVOCATION AND SPEED LIMITS) ORDER 2017 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1,2,4,84 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order will be as follows:-

1. The Borough of Warrington (Golborne Road and Parkside Road) (40 mph Speed Limit) Order 2004 is revoked as detailed in Schedule 1 below.
2. Introduce a 30 miles per hour speed limit on the length of road detailed in column 1 of Schedule 2 to the extent as detailed in column 2 of the said Schedule 2 below.
3. Introduce a 40 miles per hour speed limit on the length of road detailed in column 1 of Schedule 3 to the extent as detailed in column 2 of the said Schedule 3 below.

Details of the proposals are in the draft Order which, together with a plan showing the restricted areas and a Statement of the Council's Reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be examined at the Legal Services Section, Quattro Building, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington during the usual office hours Monday to Friday. WARRINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 THE BOROUGH OF WARRINGTON (TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) (CIVIL ENFORCEMENT) CONSOLIDATION (AMENDMENT NO. 20) ORDER 2017 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1,2,4 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers. The effect of the Order will be as follows:-The Borough of Warrington (Traffic Management) (Civil Enforcement) Consolidation Order 2016, is hereby further varied or amended as follows:-

(a) In the Third Schedule by the addition of:-
NO WAITING AT ANY TIME  -Golbome Road (North East Side) From its junction with Hornby Lane for a distance of 15 metres in a north easterly direction. 15 Golbome Road (South East Side) From its junction with Hornby Lane for a distance of 15 metres in a south easterly direction. 15 Hornby Lane (Both Sides) From its junction with Golborne Road in an easterly direction for a distance of 14 metres. Hornby Lane (Both Sides) From its junction with Waterworks Lane in a north westerly direction for a distance of 13 metres. Waterworks Lane (North West Side) From its junction with Hornby Lane for a distance of 15 metres in a north easterly direction. Waterworks Lane (South West Side) From its junction with Hornby Lane for a distance of 15 metres in a south westerly direction.
