The above Order was made on 6th September 2017. The effect of the order will be to divert the public footpath from a point on the footpath approximately 34 metres south of Warrington Road footway at O.S. grid reference SJ6714495877 running in a direction slightly east of south then slightly west of south to a point on the footpath approximately 108 metres south of Warrington Road footway at O.S. grid reference SJ6714995804 to a new line from a point on the footpath approximately 34 metres south of Warrington Road footway at O.S. grid reference SJ6714495877 running in a direction slightly west of south then slightly east of south to a point on the footpath approximately 108 metres south of Warrington Road footway at O.S. grid reference SJ6714995804, as shown on the Order map.

A copy of the order and the order map may be seen free of charge at Contact Warrington, 28 Horsemarket Street, Warrington from 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am to 1.00pm on Saturdays. Copies of the Order and Order Map may be bought there at the price of £1.00. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that Warrington Borough Council intends, as part of its traffic calming proposals, to install traffic calming features, to regulate the speed of traffic with the effects detailed in the Schedule to this notice.
A copy of the plan for the proposed scheme area and the Statement of the Council's Reasons may be examined at the Legal Services Section, Quattro Building, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington during the usual office hours Monday to Friday.
