THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON THE BOLTON (REGULATION OF WAITING, LOADING AND UNLOADING) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2015 (BLACKHORSE STREET/BLACKROD BROW (CHORLEY ROAD/NIGHTINGALE GARDENS, VAUZE HOUSE CLOSE, BOLTON) (AMENDMENT) (NO.) ORDER 2018 The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, its effect will be as follows:-Addltlons:
No Waiting At Any Time:
Horwich and Blackrod:
Chorley Rd/Blackhorse St east-side from the intersection of the southern buiding line of 10 Chorley Road for a distance of 25m in a southern direction (to edge of existing bus stand).
Blackhorse Street north-east side from a point 20m north-west (edge of bus stand) of the intersection of the extended north-westerly kerbline of Nightingale Gardens to a point 15 metres south-east of the intersection of the extended south-easterly kerbline of Nightingale Gardens.
Nightingale Gardens north-west side from the intersection of the extended north-easterly kerbline of Blackhorse Street for a distance of 15m in a north­easterly direction.
Nightingale Gardens south-east side from the intersection of the extended north-easterly kerbline of Blackhorse Street for a distance of 18m in a north­easterly direction.
Nightingale Gardens both-sides from a point 52m of the extended north­easterly kerbline of Blackhorse Street to the cul-de-sac end of Nightingale Gardens. To cover the turning head.
Vauze House Close both-sides from the intersection of the extended south­westerly kerbline of Manchester Road for a distance of 10m in south-westerly direction.

THE BOLTON (GIBRALTAR STREET, BOLTON) (PART) (ONE WAY TRAFFIC) (NO.) ORDER 2018
The Council propose to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, its effect will as follows: One Way Traffic
Gibraltar Street from its junction with Morley Street to its junction with Salisbury Street.
Permitted direction of travel is Eastbound only.

THE BOLTON (REGULATION OF WAITING, LOADING AND UNLOADING) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2015 (WELLINGTON STREET/WOOD VALE/ CHURCH STREET, WESTHOUGHTON, BOLTON) (AMENDMENT) (NO.5) ORDER 2018 The Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, its effect, which will be operative from 27th April 2018, will be as follows: Deletions:
Revocation of No-Waiting at Any Time Restriction
Bolton:
Church St west side from a point 15m south of the southerly kerbline of
Wellington St to a point opposite the gable of 311 Church St;
Church St west side from a point 15m north of its intersection with the
extended northern kerbline of James St to a point 15m south of its intersection
with the extended southern kerbline of James St.
Additions:
No Waiting At Any Time
Bolton:
Church St west side from a point 15m south of its intersection with the extended southern kerbline of James St to a point opposite the gable of 311 Church St; Church St south side from a point 10m west of the extended western kerbline of Wood Vale to a point 10m east of the extended eastern kerbline of Wood Vale; Wood Vale both sides from the intersection of the extended southern kerbline of Wellington St for a distance of 10m in a southerly direction; Wood Vale both sides from a point 70m in a southerly direction from the intersection of the extended southern kerbline of Wellington St to the cul-de-sac end of Wood Vale.
THE BOLTON (WOOD VALE, WESTHOUGHTON, BOLTON) (20MPH SPEED LIMIT) (NO.6) ORDER 2018 The Council have made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984; operative from 27th April 2018 its effect will be to impose a speed limit of 20 mph on Wood Vale, Westhoughton for its entire length as specified in the Order. A copy of the Orders, plans and statement of the reasons may be viewed online at www.bolton.gov.uk/trafficorders or at Highways and Engineering Division, 3rd Floor, Paderborn House, Civic Centre, Bolton, during office hours (by appointment tel. 01204 336677).
