THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON THE BOLTON (REGULATION OF WAITING, LOADING AND UNLOADING) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2015 (SMITHILLS AREA, BOLTON) (AMENDMENT) (NO.30) ORDER 2018

The Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, its effect, which will be operative from 10th September, 2018 will be as follows: Additions:

Capitol Close, Both Sides, From the projected kerbline at its junction with

Moss Lane in a westerly direction for a distance of 10m

Moss Lane, West Side, From a point 15m south of the projected southerly

kerbline of Capitol Close, to its junction with Barrow Bridge Road

Forest Road, Both Sides, From the projected kerbline at its junction with

Moss Lane in a easterly direction for a distance of 15m

Moss Lane, East Side, From a point 15m south of the projected southerly

kerbline at its junction with Forest Road in a northerly direction to a point

15m north of the projected northerly kerbline at its junction with Forest Road

Moss Bank Way, North Side, From a point 15m west of the projected westerly

kerbline at its junction with Forest Road in an easterly direction to a point

15m east of the projected easterly kerbline at its junction with Forest Road

Moss Lane, East Side, From a point 15m south of the projected southerly

kerbline at its junction with Smithills Croft Road in a northerly direction to its

junction with Barrow Bridge Road

Barrow Bridge Road, East Side, From a point 15m north of the projected northerly kerbline at its junction with Smithills Croft Road to its junction with Moss Lane

Barrow Bridge Road, West Side, From its junction with Moss Lane for a distance of 150m in a north-westerly direction.

Smithills Croft Road, Both Sides, From the projected kerbline at its junction with Moss Lane, in a northeasterly direction for 15m.

extended western kerbline of Moss Bank Way to the intersection of the

Land at the junction of Albert Road and King Street, Farnworth, Bolton

Plans showing the areas to be included in the disposals can be inspected during regular opening hours at the One Stop Shop, the Town Hall, Bolton BL1 1RU.
