NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that on 25th March 2019, the St Helens Borough Council, in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic | Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers, made an Order the effect of which will be as described in the Schedules below.

The above restrictions will be introduced for an experimental period of up to 18 months. The Council will, in due course, consider whether | the provisions of the Experimental Order should continue in force indefinitely.
A copy of the Order, which comes into operation on 25th March 2019, and includes a plan illustrating the effects of the Order, may be inspected at the Traffic Engineering Section, Place Services Department, Wesley House, Corporation Street, St Helens, between 10.30 am -11.30 am and 2.00 pm - 4.00 pm on Monday to Friday.
Any person wishing to object to the restrictions being continued in force indefinitely must do so in writing to the undersigned, stating the grounds of objection, within a period of six months from the date of the Order coming into operation.
If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in the Order on the grounds that it is not within the powers
conferred by the Road Traffic Act 1984 or that any requirements of the Act, or any instrument made under it has not been complied with
in relation to the Order, you may within six weeks of the date of this Notice apply to the High Court for this purpose.
