Notice is hereby given that Punch Taverns Limited has applied in respect of the Victoria, 322 Wargrave Road, Newton-le-Willows, WAI2 8EP for a variation to the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow fonThis is an application to vary the layout and design of the premises in accordance with the submitted plan (drawing no G17-6740/01 EThe changes reflect the introduction of an external bar as indicated on the enclosed plan and to add a first floor function room where licensable activities will take place. Any part of the variation application that changes the plan/layout at the premises to be of no effect until the work has been completed. Locations of fire safety and other safety equipment subject to change in accordance with the requirements of the responsible authorities or following a risk assessment Any detail shown on the plan that is not required by the licensing plans regulations is indicative only and subject to change at any time. The application also seeks to add several conditions to the premises licence operating schedule in order to further promote the licensing objectives. A full list of these conditions can be requested from St Helens Council Licensing Department To remove any existing conditions duplicated or superceded by the proposed condrtions.AII other operating times, licensable activities and conditions authorised by the existing Premises Licence to remain unaltered.
