A BOOK fair is being held on Tyldesley Square on May 3.
The fair has been organised by the Friends of Tyldesley Library and it will take place from 10am until 1pm.
The group will also restart its talks on various topics at the library from May 6, starting with The Edward Hall Collection 1700 - 1945.
Alex Miller an Archivist from Leigh will be delving into the lives of people during this period from a collection of journals and diaries. The talk will begin at 1.30pm and admission is £1 including refreshments.
Contact Jill Davies on 07742 438239 to find out about volunteering and helping the group organise future events.
