A MAN has denied accidentally killing one of his neighbours.
William Lynch, of Morseby Close, Leigh, pleaded not guilty to manslaughter at Liverpool Crown Court, today, Thursday following the death of Derek Alexander Szostok, aged 62.
Mr Szostok was found badly injured at an address in Moresby Close - near to where he lived - in the early hours of Tuesday August 26.
He was taken to hospital but died four days later.
Lynch, aged 41, who appeared via video link from Walton Prison, was further remanded in custody to await his trial, expected to last between to five to seven days, beginning on February 23.
