CHILDREN got the opportunity to be bat detectives at a creative workshop.
At the event, hosted by Friends of Atherton Wildlife, children created various lanterns to take on a dusk Autumnal walk.
Jayne Seddon from Arts For Nature said: “The children used their creations to hunt out bats and were excited to spot a one flying overhead on their walk.
“They all enjoyed the event and made some spectacular lanterns.”
