A MAN who admitted breaking a restraining order has been sentenced to six weeks imprisonment suspended for 12 months.
Wigan and Leigh Magistrates Court heard that Darren Anthony Brown, 32, of Knotts Houses, Lowton, breached the restraining order imposed in August, 2015 by magistrates.
The defendant was ordered to be electronically tagged between 8pm and 6am, told to pay £115 victim surcharge and costs of £85.
