A PLAY version of Willy Russell's iconic Blood Brothers is coming to Leigh next month.
One of the Turnpike Community Theatre shows is already sold out.
Held at the Turnpike Gallery, the play tells the story of two brothers from Liverpool who are secretly parted at birth, and their experiences of growing up in very different surroundings.
A spokesman for the group said: "This is the second production in Turnpike's performance schedule for the year and represents an increase in terms of the number of performances for the year.
“Everyone here at Turnpike is very excited to be performing Blood Brothers – it is a script we have wanted to perform for a number of years.
“Interest in the production has been very high, with one performance having sold out within several weeks of tickets going on sale.
“This production should appeal to audiences of all ages."
Tickets priced £5 and £4.50 for concessions are now available for performances on Thursday and Saturday, September 14 and 16.
Any tickets bought on the door will cost £5.50.
