A TRIAL has been set for a man accused for assaulting a woman and another man on the same day.
Jack Townsley, of Kenilworth Drive, Hindley Green, will appear at Bolton Crown Court on December for allegedly beating two people in Leigh on September 17.
The 21-year-old was at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates' Court on Friday.
