A SCOOTER rider was summonsed to court after being involved in a crash.
Police tweeted about the incident earlier today (Tuesday, November 28) which took place on Warrington Road, Leigh.
Officers say the rider had no insurance and no L plates were displayed.
The scooter has been seized and the rider was summonsed to court in connection with the incident.
