A MAN was stabbed in the leg in Leigh yesterday evening, Tuesday.
Greater Manchester Police (GMP) and paramedics were sent to Asda Leigh Supercentre around 6.25pm on Atherleigh Way after a man in his 20s was found suffering from stab wounds.
The man is believed to have been stabbed near Yates Street around 6pm.
He then made his way towards the Asda store before running inside the shop to ask for someone to help him.
Am ambulance took him to Manchester Royal Infirmary with his injuries not believed to be life-threatening.
