I WOULD like to thank Neil Jukes for all his efforts at our club.
For a coach to take the helm and lose his first game and then go the rest of the season undefeated is a remarkable feat.
Taking us to the promised land of Super League was also fantastic.
The support we gained has been quite superb and the journey has been wonderful.
This brings me to the boo boys who were a disgrace to our club.
The cries of " Jukes Out " were totally uncalled for.
There are several coaches at the club yet just one got the abuse.
We do not want people who boo at our club and only come to see a winning team, but when things go wrong decide to turn on the coach.
Like Derek Beaumont says, it is better to have 1,000 true supporters shouting for the team than 4,000 with 3,000 shouting abuse.
Hold your head up high Neil Jukes and thank you for all you have done for Leigh.
John Green
