THE Rotary Club of Tyldesley with Atherton has sponsored girl’s football team, the Hindsford Hurricanes, to allow them to buy a new kit.
The girls, who will be playing 11-a-side from September at Under 14s level, are donating a large bundle of cuddly toys to support Makants Greyhound Rescue NW at their family fun day and dog show in Tyldesley on June 24.

The Rotary Club of Tyldesley with Atherton are also inviting new members to help with issues in the area or around the world.
The club every Monday at 6.30pm at The Canal Duke pub on Stour Lane in Astley.
