A MAN has been jailed for four months after punching two police officers in the face and breaking into a pub before stealing money.
Damien Rigby, of Cornwall Drive, Hindley, pleaded guilty to hitting the officers on Wednesday after he forced entry into the The Moon Under the Water Wetherspoon pub in Wigan.
The 32-year-old, who was sentenced at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates' Court on Thursday, has also been ordered to pay a victim services surcharge fee of £115.
