A change-of-use planning application on the move has been submitted to Wigan Council
PLANS have been submitted to turn a hairdressers shop into a cafe.
A change-of-use planning application has been sent to Wigan Council to convert the Mint Hair Studio on Bradwell Road in Lowton into a cafe.
A decision is expected on the move is expected to be made on July 31.
