TWO men from Ashton-in-Makerfield have been charged with dealing class A drugs following a series of raids.
Forty-year-old Paul Witter, of Trinity Gardens, and 46-year-old Mark Talbot, of Kilburn Avenue, have been charged with being concerned in the supply of class A drugs.
The pair are suspected of being part of a drug dealing ring in Wigan, and were arrested in the early hours of Friday, July 20, following a series of raids in the town and Merseyside.
Fifty-one-year-old Richard McDonough, from Birkenhead, has been charged with the same offence in connection with the manufacture and supply of drugs in the area.
Joseph Manley, from Liverpool, has also been charged with being concerned in the supply of class A drugs – with the 21-year-old charged with possession with intent to supply in addition.
