A SHOPLIFTER has been given a suspended sentence after assaulting two women.
Ashleigh Tolley, of Glebe Street, Leigh, stole a mobile phone from a store the town before assaulting the two workers on July 13.
The 26-year-old, who appeared at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates' Court yesterday, Wednesday, was given a sentence of three months suspended for 12 months.
She was also ordered to complete 100 hours of unpaid work and to pay compensation fees of £200.
