PLANS have been submitted to turn a pub into an 18-bedroom property.
A change of use application has been issued to Wigan Council to convert the Spinners Arms on Bolton Road in Atherton into a house in multiple occupation (HMO).
A decision on the proposals is expected to be made on December 26 with a neighbourhood consultation currently in place until December 3.
The plans also include the installation of a bin store and cycle store at the back of the property as well as car parking and landscaping.
