A WOMAN who broke into a building and stole a dog has been handed a curfew.
Toyosi Kajogbola, of Bag Lane, Atherton, pleaded guilty of trespassing at the Enterprise Centre in the town on September 27 and taking a dog.
The 24-year-old also admitted to not surrendering to bail at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates' Court on October 31.
She has been ordered to complete an eight-week curfew and must pay a victim services surcharge fee of £85 and court costs of £100.
The defendant was sentenced on Friday.
