Police are urging residents to people to lock their back gates and make sure their vehicles are locked
RESIDENTS have been warned to be vigilant after a man was spotted going in and out of gardens yesterday afternoon, Tuesday.
He was seen acting suspiciously around the area of Buck Street, off St Helens in Leigh.
Police are being urged to lock their back gates and ensure their vehicles are locked.
