A MAN who admitted carrying unmarked tobacco at a food shop has been fined.
Cristian Sagau, of Railway Road, Leigh pleaded guilty to being in possession of unmarked tobacco at European Food Store on Leigh Road on June 28.
The 46-year-old has been fined £422, ordered to pay a victim services surcharge fee of £42 and court costs of £85.
The defendant appeared at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates' Court on Wednesday.
