A DRUG driver has been banned for 14 months.
Sean Grimes, of Melrose Avenue, Leigh admitted having the controlled drug benzoylecgonine in his blood when he was stopped in Wigan on May 20.
The 33-year-old pleaded guilty to the charge at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates' Court on Friday and also driving without care and attention.
As well as the driving ban, he was fined £665, ordered to pay a victim services surcharge fee of £40 and court costs of £85.
