Wigan Council has approved the plans to build the apartments at the site
PLANS have been approved to fit 18 apartments at the site of an empty office building.
A change-of-use application to convert the three-storey building at the junction of The Avenue and Evans Street in Leigh into apartments has been given the green light by Wigan Council.
The site was previously used as solicitors' offices.
