PLANS have been submitted to turn a dental surgery into a shop and five apartments.
A change-of-use application has been sent to Wigan Council to convert a dental practice on Elliott Street in Tyldesley into a retail unit on the ground floor and five studio apartments at the rest of the site.
A neighbourhood consultation is currently in place until February 3 with a decision on the proposals expected to be made in March.
