A DRINK driver has been banned after being twice over the limit.
Victoria Entwistle, of Brancaster Drive, Lowton had 74 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath when she was tested in Leigh on January 13. The legal limit is 35 micrograms.
As well as a 20-month ban which may be reduced by 20 weeks if she completes a course, the 29-year-old was ordered to pay £335 made up of a fine, a victim services surcharge fee and court costs.
She was sentenced at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates' Court yesterday, Wednesday.
