A TEENAGER has been banned after admitting to riding an off road motorbike without having any insurance.
A 17-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was in control of the vehicle on Princes Avenue in Astley on November 16.
At Wigan Youth Court on Thursday, he was disqualified from having a driving licence for six months and ordered to pay a £120 fine as well as a victim services surcharge fee of £20.
