Female taken to hospital after collision with vehicle
A FEMALE pedestrian was taken to hospital after being involved in a road traffic collision.
The incident happened in Smethurst Lane, Over Hulton, at 6.45pm on Thursday.
The casualty suffered leg injuries and was treated at the scene by an ambulance before being taken to hospital.
Police were alerted of the incident.
