A TEENAGER without a driving licence who rode a quad bike dangerously has been handed a community service order.
Stuart Martin, of Water Street, Atherton was spotted riding the vehicle dangerously on Plane Avenue, Broom Road, Ridyard Street and Greenwood Avenue in Wigan on January 3.
By committing three offences, which includes driving without insurance, the 18-year-old breached a previous order imposed on him for one count of criminal damage.
He has been told to complete 180 hours of unpaid work and been given a 30-day rehabilitation order.
Martin has also been disqualified from driving for 20 months.
He must pay a £85 victim services surcharge fee of £85 and court costs of £85.
The defendant was sentenced at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates' Court on Thursday.
