Police are appealing for information
THIEVES made off with metal from a pub car park in Hindley.
The theft took place on the car park of Formby's on Wigan Road in Hindley.
Meanwhile, there was also an attempted burglary at Hindley Hall Golf Club which was unsuccessful.
Police say men have been seen in a van in the area.
Officers are conducting CCTV enquiries at both locations and are appealing for any information.
Anyone with information is asked to call 101.
