A DRINK driver has been handed a curfew after being three times over the limit.
Helen Tracey, of Chaddock Lane, Boothstown had 105 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath when she was breathalysed on February 14. The legal limit is 35 micrograms.
The 32-year-old was given a 10-week curfew and banned from driving for 26 months which could be reduced by 26 weeks if she completes a course.
She must also pay a victim services surcharge fee of £85 and court costs of £85.
Tracey was sentenced at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates' Court on Wednesday.
