A MAN who tried to gain access a photo shop with the intention of stealing has been given a six-week curfew.
William Wilkes, of Findlay Street, Leigh pleaded guilty to trespassing with the intention of stealing at Max Spielmann on Bradshawgate on Tuesday.
The 40-year-old must pay a compensation fee of £350.
He was sentenced at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates' Court on Wednesday.
