POLICE are investigating reports of a dispute on a street during which a man was seen carrying a knife.
Officers were called shortly after 6pm on Thursday (March 21) to a report of a man seen carrying a blade on Boydell Street, Leigh.
It is believed two men were seen to be in dispute, while a third stood a short distance away in possession of the knife.
The three men then left the area.
Police say there were no reports of injuries.
No arrests have been made and enquires are ongoing, a spokesman confirmed.
