IN the last 12 months there have been 2,289 property sales across Wirral - but what homes are the most popular on the market?

Property website Zoopla has compiled the top ten most viewed properties in Wirral for the past 30 days - with the most popular being viewed 5,995 times throughout February.

The average house price in the borough is £217,989 while the average value of property comes in at £238,687.

Wirral's market is thriving with a 2.50% rise in house value change.

Annabel Dixon, Zoopla spokeswoman said: “We’re a nation that’s passionate about property, even if we’re not necessarily on the hunt to buy or rent.

The cheapest popular property costs just £35,000 with the pricer offerings at £2,000,000.
