A WARNING has been issued after a number of thefts from vehicles.
There has been a spate of thefts in Golborne and Lowton and police are urging residents not to leave valuables inside their vehicles.
A spokesman for Greater Manchester Police said "a number of incidents recently have shown no obvious sign of entry, and although equipment to do this is easily purchased, please ensure you do all you can to secure your vehicles."
