John Moody was sentenced at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates' Court on Thursday
A MAN has been handed a suspended sentence after assaulting two people on the same day.
John Moody, of Cambourne Drive, Hindley Green admitted the assaults of a man and a woman in Wigan last Saturday.
The 39-year-old was given a sentence of 14 weeks suspended for 18 months and ordered to pay a victim services surcharge fee of £115 and court costs of £85.
He was sentenced at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates' Court on Thursday.
