PLANS have been submitted to build apartments, business units and a shop at the site of a former police station.
An application has been issued to demolish the former police station building at Bag Lane in Atherton before constructing a four-storey mixed used development.
There would be 18 apartments, three business units and one shop along with parking spaces at the site under the proposals.
A neighbourhood consultation will run until Sunday, June 2 and a decision is set to be made on July 31.
