A change-of-use planning application for the property on Market Street in Atherton has been approved by Wigan Council
PLANS to fit an estate agents, a flat and a beauty salon into an empty three-storey building have been approved.
The change-of-use application for the site on Market Street in Atherton, which has recently been reconstructed, were granted by Wigan Council yesterday, Tuesday.
The estate agents will be based on the ground floor while the beauty salon will be spread over three floors.
The flat will be located on the first and second floors.
