PLANS have been submitted to build 11 town houses on the site of a former youth club.
An application has been issued to construct the three-bedroom homes on land where the XII Apostles Youth Club on Taylor Street in Leigh was based.
A neighbourhood consultation is running until Friday, June 28 and a decision is expected to be made on September 2.
