This is a very proud moment not just for the village but for Audley Villages as a whole.

“We will now be looking ahead to the next few months, when we will begin selling properties in the new development. There has already been incredible demand for properties at Audley Chalfont Dene, demonstrating the continued need for innovative and high-quality retirement living options.”

Cheryl Gillan, MP for Chesham and Amersham said: “It was an honour to attend the official phase III celebration at Audley Chalfont Dene. Seeing the local community come together to celebrate the launch of the new phase of development is wonderful.

“It’s been fantastic to see how Audley has become a central part of the local community, not only providing care to those who need it, but also welcoming people from all around to visit the village, dine at the restaurant and attend the events that regularly take place.”
