A 28-year-old man has died after a crash in Wigan on Sunday.
He was driving a silver Nissan Micra shortly after 9.20pm when it collided with a building on Pottery Road.
No other vehicles were involved in the crash.
The man was taken to hospital and he passed away from his injuries yesterday, Tuesday.
Police are appealing for witnesses of the incident to contact them.
Police Constable Mark Ratcliffe, from GMPs Serious Collision Investigation Unit, said: “Our thoughts are with the man’s family at this tragic time.
"They are being supported by specialist officers while we continue to investigate the circumstances of the collision.
“We are appealing for witnesses who saw the silver Nissan Micra and anyone who may have dash-cam footage of the vehicle to come forward.”
