Bole was ordered to pay compensation
A HINDLEY man has been ordered to pay compensation after he admitted to inflicting damage to a Transit van.
Clifford James Bole, of Broadway, Hindley, caused £300 of damage to a Ford Transit on Saturday, July 6.
Bole pleaded guilty to the offence at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates' Court.
He was made to pay £300 compensation and ordered to pay £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service and a £21 victim surcharge.
A restraining order was also imposed on the defendant not to contact the owners of the van.
